Under the Chief: Locked On-Call Room, Jealous Nurse Outside

Under the Chief is a Candy Shorts series on Candy AI (candy.ai): five short vertical episodes, the first two free once you sign up, and 36 tokens to unlock the rest. It is not a Spicy series, so you do not need Premium to start. The official site is the only place to watch it.

The hook is simple and works: a chubby, awkward junior gets pulled into a locked room by the most powerful man in the hospital, while the woman who wants her gone waits in the corridor. If that is the fantasy you came for, the two free episodes will tell you quickly whether this version of it lands for you.

What is Under the Chief on Candy AI about?

The official synopsis gives you the whole setup in one line. Harriet, described as chubby and awkward, is surprised when the chief of surgery locks the on-call room door and gives her some very “hands-on training”. Meanwhile the jealous head nurse, who wants Harriet fired, is waiting right outside.

That is all candy.ai tells you about the story, and we will not guess past it. What the premise sets up is clear enough, though:

• A power gap. The chief of surgery sits at the top of the hospital. Harriet does not. The “training” framing makes the boss-and-subordinate angle the whole point.
• A ticking clock. Someone hostile is standing on the other side of a locked door. The risk of getting caught is built in from the first scene.
• An unlikely-chosen heroine. Harriet is not written as the confident bombshell. The appeal is the shy, curvy woman who gets picked, and the rival who hates that she was.

Swapping the usual office for a hospital on-call room is what gives the series its own flavour. It is still firmly a workplace story, which is why we file it under Boss and Office.

Who are the characters in Under the Chief?

The synopsis names only one character.

• Harriet: the chubby, awkward lead, caught off guard by the chief’s attention.
• The chief of surgery: the man in charge, who locks the door and calls it training. The synopsis does not give his name.
• The head nurse: jealous, out to get Harriet fired, and stationed right outside the room. Also unnamed in the synopsis.

Three characters, one locked door. For a five-episode short that is the right size: there is no sprawling cast to keep track of on a phone screen.

How explicit is Under the Chief?

Under the Chief is not flagged as Spicy on candy.ai, and the listing carries no content tags. That is the honest limit of what we can tell you before you watch. The premise is obviously sexual, a locked on-call room and “hands-on training” in quotation marks, so expect a workplace sex story rather than a hospital drama.

What the Spicy flag usually means on Candy Shorts is that a series is gated behind Premium from episode 1. This one is not, which puts it with the majority of series you can sample for free before paying. If you want to understand how much nudity and sex Candy Shorts series show in general, our pages on nudity in Candy Shorts and whether Candy Shorts counts as porn cover it frankly. For this series specifically, the free episodes are your best gauge.

We rate it a 3 out of 5 for explicitness: a clearly sexual premise, but no Spicy flag and no tags to suggest it goes harder than the typical non-Spicy short.

Under the Chief vs Under the Boss and other boss series

If the setup sounds familiar, it should. Under the Boss runs almost the same pattern: a shy, curvy new temp, a boss who becomes obsessed with her, and a jealous blonde PA trying to wreck the fling. Both have two free episodes.

The difference is setting and tension. Under the Boss is a London office and an ongoing forbidden affair. Under the Chief is a hospital, and the synopsis puts the rival right outside the door, so the threat of exposure feels more immediate. If you liked one, the other is an easy next watch.

For a darker take on the boss dynamic, My Billionaire Boss leans into humiliation and power games with an intern. Under the Chief reads lighter by comparison: more surprised heroine than mind games.

Can you watch Under the Chief for free, and what does it cost?

Here is the arithmetic, using the prices listed on candy.ai on October 25, 2026:

Premium includes a monthly token allowance, reported as 100 tokens a month. Finishing Under the Chief uses 36 of those, leaving 64, enough for five more paid episodes at the standard 12-token price, or most of another short series. Plan prices change by region and promotion, so check candy.ai for what you would pay. Our Candy Shorts pricing guide explains tokens and Premium in more detail, and how free episodes work covers the sign-up side.

Are two free episodes enough to decide? For a five-episode story, yes. You will have seen the setup, the three characters and the tone, which is 40 percent of the series.

Is there an Under the Chief full movie or leak?

No. Under the Chief exists as five episodes on candy.ai, not as a single film. Anything titled “Under the Chief full movie” on Dailymotion, YouTube, Reddit or Telegram is a trailer, a partial reupload, a fake or bait for malware. We explain why in our pages on full episodes and Dailymotion uploads and Candy Shorts leaks. The free episodes on candy.ai are the legitimate no-cost way in.

Who should watch Under the Chief?

Watch it if you like boss-and-employee stories with a real risk of getting caught, and if a shy, curvy heroine being chosen over the confident rival is your thing. It is short, cheap to finish and does not lock you behind Premium on day one.

Skip it if you want a deep plot, a large cast or confirmed hardcore content before you spend a token. The synopsis promises a tight, single-situation fantasy, and that is what you should expect. If you want more options, browse all our series reviews.
